Little Dixie plot
Former commando Doc Alexander is asked to arrange a ceasefire with the Mexican drug cartel. When Oklahoma governor Richard Jeffs celebrates the execution of a high-ranking cartel member on TV, his chief of staff and Doc inform him that he has just ended the peace. As the executioner of the cartel, Cuco has his sights set on Doc's daughter Dixie.
