Limehouse Blues plot

"DANGER and ROMANCE - hand in hand!"

The Lily Gardens, a local club, is owned by Chinese-American immigrant Harry Young. He uses the club as a base for his lucrative smuggling operation. Harry has only recently arrived in London, but he has already managed to take over the crime operations in his area. His rival, the criminal Pug Talbot, on the other hand, is in danger of being declared bankrupt. Talbot is furious about the situation and his anger causes him to mistreat his own daughter, Toni. The girl was raised as a pickpocket and is under the strict supervision of her father.
