Karen plot
"Not all neighbors are friendly."
Malik and Imani form a friendly and successful married couple who move to Harvey Hill. The pair are eager to move in and start a family, but upon arrival they are immediately targeted by their white and racist neighbor Karen. She can't stand the newcomers and uses her connections, including her brother Mike who is a police officer, to make life as difficult as possible for Malik and Imani. Although Karen's war with the neighbors begins passive-aggressively, the situation quickly escalates. Malik and Imani don't back down without a fight, however.
