Intrigue plot
"He's out to SMASH the world's dirtiest racket"
Dishonorably discharged from the Army Air Corps, Brad Dunham reluctantly tries to find his fortune in Shanghai's post-war black market. Brad works with the attractive Tamara Baranoff and gets good results with his illegal activities, against the wishes of his best friend, the journalist Mark Andrews. When Tamara has the troublesome Andrews murdered, Brad realizes what he's doing and decides to break up the black market with the help of social worker Linda Parker.
