Gunshot plot
Bodies pile up in Cairo's morgue after civilians engage in a deadly confrontation with riot police. While examining a corpse, the forensic doctor notices something unusual. The doctor, who is an alcoholic and struggling with personal problems, writes a medical report that stirs the media, fuels public anger and sparks accusations of political and ethical corruption. Together with a hardworking journalist, the doctor searches for answers, challenging their perception of the truth, principles and beliefs. They are also forced to face the dilemma of their lives.
