Fighting Back plot
Nick Sanders has been honorably discharged from the military, with full forgiveness for his pre-war crimes. Nick is now settled and has a happy home life with his wife June, their son Jimmy and the dog 'Snuffy'. Snuffy likes to steal hidden things. When Nick refuses to get involved with his former criminal partner Sam Lang, this slick con man uses Snuffy to steal a valuable diamond from the Higby family's home. The police suspect Nick of the crime.
