Federal Operator 99 plot
"PULSE-POUNDING ADVENTURE...BREAT-TAKING THRILLS!"
Top criminal Jim Belmont is freed from FBI agent Thomas "Tom" Jeffries by his close accomplice Matt Farrell. After a rest with his gang, Belmont plans to expand his illegal activities. He plans to steal the crown jewels of the European head of state Duchess Delremy. Farrell can count on the support of several henchmen, including the spy Rita Parker and the outlaw Riggs. On the West Coast, however, Rita and Riggs have to deal with driven FBI agent Jerry Blake, aka "Operator 99." Blake goes after the Belmont mobsters. Rita is able to escape, but Riggs is killed and Joyce Kingston, Tom Jeffries' secretary, is kidnapped. Belmony, meanwhile, warns his henchmen not to underestimate Blake and wants to continue with the plans to steal the Crown Jewels.
