Empire State plot
At the end of the eighties there was a lot of investment in the East End of London. Empire State, a luxurious nightclub, attracts crowds. However, under the control of gang leader Frank Wright, it is also a front for violence and drug trafficking. As new investment capital flows into the city, a gang war is underway, with the older generation of neighborhood gangsters, led by Frank, being challenged by ambitious newcomers like Paul.
