"Get out while you can."
Young Kermit (Chris Zylka) is an unlucky ex-con who has been trying to stay on the straight and narrow since his release. He falls in love with his neighbor Rachel (Riley Keough), who comes from a troubled family. When his money runs out, Kermit decides to take on one last job. They find themselves in a downward spiral of crime and obsessive love as they try to leave their drab hometown in search of a better life.
