Bullet on a Wire plot

Socially disturbed telemarketer Raymond causes, through a strange set of circumstances (and a series of rude phone calls), a troubled young woman Tanya to kill her abusive stepfather. Tanya's creepy boyfriend sells the story to a raunchy television show, and soon the long arm of the law is after Raymond.
