Kenneth Hale is a spoiled kid who is sent to Calvin Whittaker's ranch by his father, who is in prison for a crime he did not commit. There he meets his son Billy, who always walks barefoot, and girl next door Pige Blaine, with whom Billy is in love. Meanwhile, Blake and Hank, the two criminals responsible for the crime for which Kenneth's father was convicted, hide in an old house known as a haunted house. When the teens also make their way to the haunted house, they find themselves in a dangerous situation.
