Norris has a morbid obsession. He lures innocent men into his apartment and strangles them to death. After a series of murders, Norris is arrested. While in prison, he is visited by a neurologist, Dr. Kentyl. She wants to study the brain of a serial killer by talking to him. At first Norris is hesitant, but then he starts to reveal all his secrets. Before long, Kentyl discovers the horrors that lie behind his violent impulses.
