"Never Start a Romance You Can't Put Out."
Biff and Wilder can start a fire with their thoughts. Biff is a clown at a carnival and is nicknamed Dr. Napalm. Wilder is a volunteer firefighter and married to a house arrest pyromaniac. Since this marriage, 5 years ago, Biff has not seen his brother Wilder, but the fair is now being set up in front of the supermarket where he mans a photo booth in the parking lot. Like Wilder's wife, Biff believes you should exploit the gift, and Biff flirts with Wilder's wife.
