Vivancos 3 plot

Inspector Vivancos (El Gran Wyoming) is assigned to investigate two murders. When he finds out that the victims are colleagues, his superior advises him to let the matter rest, which he does not do, of course. He discovers a plot involving corrupt cops who are paid by a man who is afraid of body hair and wants to depilate the population with a drug.
