"A work accident is re-enacted, but the re-enactment turns into a new accident"

Bucharest 1986, the day after Steau Bucharest's glorious victory over Barcelona in the European Cup Final. Iulica Ploscaru, a factory security adviser, would have loved to celebrate it in the cafeteria with his colleagues, but the Communist Party has Busy for a boring meeting about safety. Iulica's videos must be watched and while everyone is babbling about safety, an actual accident takes place on the factory site.
