Unbeatable Harold plot

"There are winners... There are losers... Then there's Harold."

Reno, Nevada, is home to lovable loser Harold James Clark in ''The World's Biggest Small Town''. He is the type of person who looks at a glass half full and is delighted that there is even a glass. He is an assistant manager at the Wagontrain Steakhouse and his big dream is to become a full-time manager. The Elvis wannabe meets the love of his life in Wanda Livingston, who has just escaped from her boyfriend, Las Vegas rocker Jake Salamander. She is bad at serving, yet Harold gets her a job at his steakhouse. But then Jake suddenly shows up in Reno.
