Henry is a prince in the Balkans. He has two wishes: to meet the actress Lauren Bacall and see the 'real' America. Prince Henry befriends taxi driver Buzz Williams and unknowingly that the microphone is open, the two engage in a democracy versus monarchy discussion, broadcast in Prince Henry's homeland. A plebiscite then dethrones Henry, upon which he flies to Milwaukee.
