Totò d'Arabia plot
The British government is keen to secure its oil wells in Kuwait. Totò is therefore appointed, along with a few other strategists, to ensure that other countries do not get a grip on the resources. After a series of unfortunate incidents, Totò manages to shake off all other foreign secret agents and strike a deal with Sheik Ali el Buzur, the owner of the oil wells.
