Too Many Parents plot

Four neglected children are enrolled in the Colman Military Academy. They are Clarence Talbot Jr., a mischievous bully who inherited $10 million from his late parents, little Billy Miller, who lives a life behind the scenes because his parents who work in the theater have no other place for him, Clinton Meadows , who, while his parents are battling for custody, has been chosen to attend school for a year and who has the judge as his guardian, and Philip Stewart, whose mother died in childbirth and whose father, engineer Mark Stewart, neglected, because he travels all over the world for his work. The four boys find parental guidance and love from the receptionist Sally, Colonel Colman's daughter, and from the respected and beloved janitor Wilkins.
