Tívoli plot
The Tivoli is a popular burlesque theater in downtown Mexico City. However, the city's corrupt mayor and greedy developers want to demolish the theater because it would impede progress. Although politicians and officials publicly criticize the Tivoli as obscene and indecent, many of them are regular customers. The Tivoli artists must now try to save their theater from demolition and discover a web of corruption in the process.
