Tire Trouble plot

A group of befriended children runs their own taxi service. Ernie and Farina are going to deliver the clean laundry to J. William McAllister, the richest man in town. His doctor and his wife have both convinced him that he is ill, but when the children visit him, they convince him otherwise. Then they drive together by taxi to Emerald Beach, where they seem to have the time of their lives.
