Tieta do Agreste plot
Just as her family prepares for a big inheritance, thinking she's dead, Tieta returns to her native village in Bahia. Moreover, much to the disappointment of the family, she has taken a stepdaughter and thus heiress with her. The arrival of Tieta causes all kinds of unrest among the family and the other inhabitants of the village.
