Sean and Casey are a quintessential budding couple in a small New Zealand town. They got to know each other through an app, one date led to another and slowly they introduce each other to their friends. There's one problem: Sean is widely believed to have killed his entire family. While Sean has to deal with a suspicious town, a stubborn but bumbling sheriff and an overzealous gossip reporter, he wants nothing more than to prove his love to Casey by legally proving his innocence.
