Þetta Reddast plot

A young journalist is on the brink of losing his job and his girlfriend due to his drinking addiction. He decides to try and save his relationship by taking his girlfriend to a hotel in East Iceland for a few days, to have some time and rest together. However, as soon as this is planned, his boss gives him a choice: come work the weekend and keep your job, or go out with your girlfriend and you lose your job. Tough choice. Too difficult. And so he tries to kill two birds with one stone and save both his relationship and his job.
