The Truth about Average Guys plot

Jason has feelings for his beautiful colleague Katie, but she doesn't like him and he is also very insecure. But when he discovers that her sister is mentally retarded, he enlists his friend Troy (a wannabe actor) to play his brother, also mentally retarded, in order to get to know Katie better through her sister. A perfect plan... as long as it lasts.
