"Where you get more than just a hair cut!"
The owner of a beauty salon is told that she will have to sell her business to the Department of Water and Energy due to a government decision. She does not dare to tell her co-tenants and meanwhile files a lawsuit against the Department, who are represented by a smooth lawyer. Things are starting to get better between the owner and the lawyer..
