The Promise plot

Mackenzie Miller is a beautiful and successful young woman who is looking for the one. She also tries to keep a promise she made to her dying grandmother. That promise was that she would "always be there" to care for her aging grandfather, never putting him in a care home. She also promised her grandmother never to date a man her grandfather would not approve of.
