"It's Jennifer's party and she'll cry if she wants to"
It's Jennifer Parker's 30th birthday party, but no one's invited. The story takes place overnight, in the kitchen at Jennifer's 30th birthday party, where a group of 20- and 30-somethings are celebrating. Jennifer's boyfriend apparently cheated on her with someone else. Her sister is an emotional wreck. Her best male friend is more or less in love with Jennifer. She didn't really want her to have a party, but someone hired a band, and all of a sudden the party seems to have started around her. But what begins as a day of celebration quickly turns into a very unhappy day that Jennifer wishes she could forget...
