The Great McGonagall plot
William Topaz McGonagall (Spike Milligan) is a simple Scottish weaver but he considers himself the world's greatest poet. Unfortunately, the rest of the world does not share this view. He is better known as the worst poet. A number of compatriots decide to "surpass" him.
