The Condo plot
"Four married men. Four Mistresses. One Condo. Endless possibilities"
Duke, a real estate agent in an unhappy marriage, is left with a house he has a hard time selling. So he decides to use the house for his weekly poker night, as his wife won't let him host the poker game at home. During the game, Duke and his buddies come up with the brilliant idea of renting the owner's house and using it as a place to take their friends. The plan goes well until they all try to use the house on the same night.
