Spreebogen plot
In Bonn, the German government is preparing to move to Berlin. However, the cabinet is not in a hurry because people do feel at home in rural and hospitable Bonn. Under the leadership of the responsible minister Bartels (Rolf Hoppe) and his state secretary Monika (Hannelore Elsner), everything seems to be going well, but behind the scenes the necessary problems arise. This is how Günther (Jaecki Schwarz) appears, the mayor of 'Jüterborg', who claims that his town is the owner of Spreebogen. And there lies the plot on which the new government building is to be built. He proposes an attractive exchange that can speed up the move considerably.
