Smekmånad plot

Carl, a conscript, jokingly responds to a marriage ad and continues the boredom relationship with Inger during his vacation days until the ill-conceived marriage is consummated. On their way from City Hall to the residence, they accidentally fall into a hole in the street and spend the honeymoon locked in the sewage system, with the timid bride found to be full of hatred and domination.
