Silent but Deadly plot

After a murder in a small retirement home, a spot opens up for Rose. Upon arrival, she is given a tour of the quirky manager, Dale. Her Jewish neighbor then introduces her to the other residents. However, the daily routine is quite messed up; people are disappearing, ghosts are being talked about and there is an STD outbreak.
