Sieben Jahre Pech plot

The superstitious writer Heinz Kersten (Wolf Albach-Retty) broke a mirror six years and 11 months ago. With his seven years of bad luck coming to an end, he falls in love with the daughter of veterinarian Teisinger (Hans Moser). Kersten has his servant Paul (Theo Lingen) keep an eye on the vet's house and daughter until luck smiles on him again. However, the fact that Paul has passed himself off as Kersten to a young lady creates complications.
