Santa Smokes plot

Johnny Jones is an actor who has no success. Things are going so bad for him that he discovers during a telephone conversation that the new piece for which he has to perform is not good. He won't even get any compensation for it and will have to undress completely. At Christmas, he decides to act as Santa Claus on Broadway. He eventually finds joy in a bittersweet romance and brings out Santa's dark side.
