Sammy-Gate plot

Sammy Davis Jr. is sent to Vietnam by President Nixon to find out why many American soldiers have become addicted to heroin. Davis uncovers a right-wing conspiracy set up by American billionaire Howard Hughes, who brings large amounts of heroin to America to enslave young black men in the inner cities.
