Saikin Retto plot

A doctor discovers a deadly virus in a hospital. A virus that is sure to kill you is spreading rapidly through Japan. Anyone who becomes infected will suffer a painful death without exception. In doing so, they will scream in pain and eventually their heads will explode. After the explosion, their faces change into a smiling face that closely resembles North Korean Kim Jung-il. However, it is not the North Korean leader himself but someone who closely resembles him. This Shogun-sama and his son are suspected of spreading the virus. It's up to a team of scientists to figure out where the virus came from and figure out how to stop it.
