Robin des Mers plot

A city on the Atlantic coast. Parliamentary elections are approaching. Member of parliament Jacques Pénalty and Hubert Baudry, the boss of the firm "Bon Minou" will face each other. However, Baudry announces a remediation plan. One of the employees who was made redundant tries to commit suicide by jumping into the sea. He is rescued by his son and Mathieu, a boy of twelve. And that is too much for the population! At a demonstration near the city, Mathieu and his friends vow to save environmentalists to eradicate unemployment in the region. Under the clandestine leadership of the boy, nicknamed "Robin des Mers", everyone is determined to use great resources to give work to their fellow citizens.
