Rising Damp plot
The miserly Rigsby has three tenants: medical student Philip, spinster Miss Jones, and John, who to his chagrin is still a virgin. John is a hippie who stands for everything Rigsby despises about today's society. Moreover, Miss Jones likes him, even though Rigsby has a crush on her herself.
