Max Ironwood is an actor in porn movies but has had enough of the porn world. He decides to chase his dream. His dream is to build a legitimate acting career as Richard Peter Johnson and gain recognition as such. Followed and filmed by a documentary maker, he puts all his energy into realizing that dream. With his brother as a mainstay, Richard audition after audition trying to make it as a decent actor. Can he shake off his past and make his dream come true?
