Romeo Rajkumar arrives in the small town of Dhartipur where two drug lords, Shivraj Gurjar and his nemesis Manik Parmar, hold sway. Rajkumar now works for Shivraj. But his life changes forever when he falls for the charm of the beautiful Chanda. What he doesn't know is that Chanda is an orphan raised by Manik Parmar. Just as their love blossoms, the two drug lords get on better. Against Chanda's wishes, Manik decides to let Chanda marry Shivraj.
