Quiet Weekend plot

Arthur and Mildred Royd invite some friends over for a quiet weekend in the countryside. Among the guests is a middle-aged magistrate who is too shy to propose to the woman he loves; then there's the young Miranda who isn't afraid to show her affection for her distant cousin Denys Royd, ten years her senior. The arrival of a bold and resourceful dude from London causes crazy things to happen. Things get even worse when Arthur and the magistrate go fishing, which turns into a salmon poaching business...
