Pray TV plot

A failing television station is bought by slick TV evangelist Marvin Fleece (Dabney Coleman), who changes the station's name to K-GOD. The programs basically remain the same, but in between everything is topped with a religious sauce. Jesus, Joseph and Mary pass by on the screen with some regularity. The channel becomes a huge success and Fleece becomes very wealthy from all the advertising money and merchandise.
