Pointed Heels plot
Millionaire Robert Courtland is preparing a new Broadway musical, provided actress Lora Nixon plays the lead. However, she sees an opportunity to marry another millionaire, Donald Ogden, and withdraws from the musical. When Donald's mother decides to stop supporting her son financially, Lora, deeply in love, returns to the theater to support Donald. The good-natured Courtland gives her a second chance, but Donald soon thinks Lora is having an affair with Courtland. When Donald dumps Lora, Courtland must do everything in his power to bring the two back together.
