Lila has been a cleaner in a provincial town hall for 30 years. She's an important figure in the carefully curated office community because of the unofficial lunchroom she runs with her friend Marcela. When Lila gets the chance to fix up the lunchroom and officially run it as boss, this sudden elevation in her status causes Marcela's jealousy.
