Pestonjee plot
Phirojshah and Pestonjee are two good friends. The first is shy, the second extroverted. They try to do everything together and they hope that they will also get married on the same day. Unfortunately, they both fall for the same young lady Jeroo. Pestonjee eventually marries Jeroo. Phirojshah decides not to get married. Over the years, he keeps in touch with the couple by mail. While visiting them, he finds out that Pestonjee has a mistress and Jeroo knows nothing about it. What does this mean for the friendship between Phirojshah and Pestonjee? Does Phirojshah have a chance at Jeroo?
