París Tombuctú plot
A plastic surgeon from Paris discovers that he is impotent. He then steals a bicycle with the words 'Paris-Timbuktu' painted on it, and decides to cycle to Africa so that he can commit suicide during the turn of the millennium. Once on the road, however, he lingers in a Spanish town, where he stays with two eccentric sisters. The charm of the city and its inhabitants ensure that he soon begins to feel at home.
