Nunzio and Paolo have been friends for years, but in business their partnership has only led to failures, financed by their wives. They are fed up with this and threaten to leave their men if they don't bring in money. Diligently looking for money, they decide to open a vegetarian restaurant. But then, to please a food critic on whom their fate depends, they are forced to turn their restaurant into a steakhouse. However, Nunzio and Paolo are convinced vegetarians and do not want to cook animals. Can vegetarian steaks be sold as authentic meat?
