As the only hearing person in the family, Eletta [Sarah Toscano] is an important source of support and comfort for her parents [Emilio and Carola Insolera]. Encouraged by a friend [Asia Corvino], Eletta joins the school choir. There she discovers her passion and talent for singing and a reason to choose her own path. Italian version of the French The Bélier Family, which was already remade in 2021 as the Oscar-winning CODA. Well done and still entertaining, but also a bit redundant.

This universe is gradually heading in the direction of Perfect Strangers, where every country creates its own reworking of a recurring storyline. It is up to director Luca Ribuoli to portray success from the Italian perspective this time, but like his American counterpart, he refuses to deviate from the norm. Consequently, the same criticisms return, featuring a needlessly childish family that lets existing problems drag on much longer than necessary and a host of events that really should have been resolved long ago. Despite this, Sarah Toscano delivers a good performance in the lead and the second half features a number of fine moments, but this by now predictable story primarily demonstrates how you can keep stretching out a simple premise with all sorts of fanfare.
