Zequi (Omar Chaparro) is a recently released from prison bank robber. He sets out to dig up the stolen money buried by his accomplice before he was imprisoned. To his astonishment, he finds that a school has built a gymnasium at the site in question. In order to get the money back, he finally decides to take a job as a substitute teacher. He is confronted by the sweet and serious Lucy (Martha Higareda), as well as an unruly class of teenagers. And especially those wild rebellious students cause him headaches.
